Why Sazatek

Three reasons serious companies pick us.

01/03

Talk to who solves it

Whoever sells, executes. No middle layers, no handoffs to a junior. Direct conversations with people who've spent years putting systems into production.

02/03

Built for your reality

Your company isn't a textbook case. We design for your reality — your team, your stack, your timing, your ERP. No templates recycled from another client.

03/03

We build, we don't pitch

We hand you working software, real integrations and a trained team. Not 80-slide PowerPoints or promises for next year's Q4.

How we work

Three steps. No surprises.

A way of working built for companies where getting it wrong actually costs money.

01

We listen

A few days inside your company, watching how you really work. We come out with a clear map of your operation: what can be fixed soon, how much each thing matters, and what's better left alone for now.

What you get
✓Map of your operation
✓Prioritised opportunities
✓Quick wins identified
✓Proposed plan
02

We design

We show you how it'll work before building it. A prototype with your real data you can touch and validate. You decide before we write any serious code and before the budget moves.

What you get
✓A working prototype
✓Deployment plan
✓Fixed price
✓Clear milestones
03

We ship

We build, integrate and put the system to work. Your team learns alongside us. When we leave, everything keeps running — no dependency on us.

What you get
✓Live system
✓Trained team
✓Clear documentation
✓90 days of support
Commitments

How we work, in writing.

Four conditions we accept contractually on every project, so you know where you stand before signing anything.

Fixed price

Budget agreed before we write the first line of code. If we get the estimate wrong, that's our problem and it never shows up on your invoice.

The code is yours

You get the source code, the documentation and every credential. No black boxes, no captive licences, no dependency on us.

90 days of support

Support included after launch, until the system is routine and your team uses it without thinking about it.

No lock-in

No mandatory maintenance contract. If you stay with us, let it be because it works and not because you can't leave.

Frequently asked

What people ask before we start.

The questions that come up on the first call, answered here so you don't have to ask them.

How much does an AI project cost for a mid-sized company?

We don't work from a price list: every project is quoted around your case. What moves the figure is always the same — how many processes are in scope, how many systems we need to integrate with, and what state your data is in. On a first half-hour call we can give you a range, and once the scope is settled, a fixed price that doesn't move for the rest of the project. If your budget doesn't cover what you actually need, we say so then instead of selling you a phase one that leads nowhere.

How long does it take to get AI running?

First automations are typically in production between week 4 and week 8. A full integration and applied AI project usually closes within three months. We work in increments: rather than waiting for the end, every few weeks there's something live your team can already use.

Do I need my data in order before starting?

No. Almost no client has it in order, and sorting it out is usually part of the project. We start with what exists — spreadsheets, an ERP nobody has updated since 2019, three systems that don't talk to each other — and clean up whatever the AI needs to rest on reliable information. What does help is knowing which decision you want to make better.

What if my ERP is old or custom-built?

That's the norm, not the exception. We integrate with SAP, Business Central, Odoo, Sage and with undocumented in-house systems too. If there's no API, we work against the database, through intermediate files, or by automating the interface itself. There's almost always a route; the diagnosis phase confirms which one.

Do you only work with companies in Barcelona?

We're based in Barcelona and that's where we run the on-site sessions that help early on, particularly the listening phase. But we work remotely with clients across Spain and travel when a project calls for it. Distance has never been the bottleneck.

What's the difference between automating a process and using AI?

Automation chains together steps you can already describe: when an invoice arrives, extract it, validate it, push it into the ERP. AI comes in when a step needs judgement — reading an ambiguous email, triaging a ticket, drafting a reply. Most projects that work combine both, and a good share of the savings comes from plain automation. That's why we start by looking at the process, not the technology.
