AI training for companies

Buying tools doesn't change how a company works; people knowing how to use them does. We deliver in-company training built around your business's real cases: leadership walks out knowing what to decide, and technical teams walk out knowing how to build.

Two programs, two different audiences

For leadership and managers

Half a day or a full day, depending on the size of the committee. It's not a trends talk — it's a working session that ends with decisions made.

  • What AI can and can't do today in a company like yours
  • How to calculate the return on an AI project and what signals mean it won't have one
  • What to ask a vendor to tell a serious proposal from a promise
  • Real risks: data, vendor lock-in, obligations under the EU AI Act
  • Closing exercise: prioritizing your own operation's use cases

For technical teams

Two to five sessions spread across weeks, so there's practice on real problems between sessions.

  • Practical fundamentals of language models: what they are, where they fail, and why
  • Designing prompts and agents that behave predictably
  • Automation with n8n and Python, from zero to a flow in production
  • Connecting to your data: APIs, vector databases and retrieval
  • Going to production: version control, testing, alerts and cost per run

Why we use your cases, not textbook examples

The fictional shop's chatbot example is forgotten by Friday. Before training, we ask for three or four real processes from the company and build the exercises on them. By the end, what's left isn't a certificate — it's a half-built flow solving something that genuinely hurts, and someone who wants to finish it.

That means preparing every edition from scratch, which is why we don't sell individual seats in an open course. The trade-off is that the content fits your reality from the first hour.

Sessions run in person in Barcelona, at your offices anywhere in Spain, or remotely. For technical programs we recommend at least the first day in person — getting the environment set up always goes faster with someone next to you.

What the team walks away with

  • A custom manual built on your cases, not a generic deck
  • The exercises and code worked on during the sessions
  • A responsible-use guide adapted to your sector and your data
  • A month of email support for questions that come up applying it
  • A follow-up session four weeks later to unblock whatever got stuck

How much does in-company training cost?

It's quoted per program, not per seat, and the figure depends on duration, number of sessions and how much preparation with your cases it needs. Tell us who it's for and what you want the team to be able to do by the end, and we'll send a fixed proposal.

How many people can attend?

Leadership sessions work well with groups of up to fifteen. For technical ones we recommend no more than twelve, since there's hands-on work and we want to be able to sit with everyone. Above that, we split the group into two editions.

Does this work if the team has no technical background?

The leadership program doesn't require any — it's built for people who decide, not people who code. The technical one does assume comfort with some development or automation tool, though no prior AI experience is needed.

Let's start by understanding your case.

A thirty-minute call is usually enough to know if this is a fit. No sales pitch, no commitment.
